I would absolutely recommend the sales team and specifically, Kero. He was attentive to detail, well versed and well spoken. He helped guide, most importantly, my son through a process that was very new to him with a first car purchase. That being said, I had the complete opposite experience with the finance department. I understand and respect the add on sale of extended warranty. I had to say no five times. It became so awkward that my son was very uncomfortable as well as me. After my final "no" the remainder of the time spent with the finance team was very quite and tense. A lot of lessons for my son which unfortunately included to not to let an aggressive sales person pressure you into something that you do not want nor intend to purchase. I would also like to add on every up sale the finance person added GAP insurance. We put a down payment of $6500 on a $17000 car. Understanding the products prior to selling it I believe is essential. If I wasn't focused on getting my son a car I would have walked away from the deal. I have purchased multiple cars at this point in my life and I have never had an experience as I did with this finance department.
