Had my vehicle over a week to diagnose then was told part was on back order. When I asked about a rental car was told they had no cars, even though the factory warranty states they must provide a rental. was on back order. Went in for an oil change which was good. But i also had an issue with the power outlet in the back seats. Told the gentleman who helped me and also showed him twice which one wasn’t working. When they finished they told me it was user error that it did work that i was wrong. Turned out the mechanic checked the wrong one. The one in the back was never touched or fixed. Even after i showed them. More
