I visited the dealership in December for regular maintenance. I received two services, an oil change and a 15 point inspection. I was told I needed tires. However I knew my tires were still in exc maintenance. I received two services, an oil change and a 15 point inspection. I was told I needed tires. However I knew my tires were still in excellent condition because I hadn't driven my car in two years due to working from home while Covid was happening. (My car less than 4 years old and had less than 20,00 miles on it.) I said no thank you, but they performed a tire rotation anyway. When I came to pick up my car, they had changed out my tires. I purposely had my tires marked so front tires that I drove off the premises with had clearly been changed. They wanted to force me to get 4 tires for almost $1000.00 dollars. I went to another business and got the same high quality tires replaced for much less. I won't be back to the Conyers Honda service center. They do very shady business. If you do. Mark your stuff and take pics first before you turn your car over to them. More

I called to verify lot inventory and was lied to three times. When we drove 45+ miles to this dealership to look at the cars they didn’t have anywhere near what they committed to on the phone. They offered to “sell us a brand new model or a step up in package”. The bottom line is that they lied to us just to get us in the door. They wouldn’t allow us to speak to the manager that lied over the phone and even tried to sell us a “new” car with a gigantic tear in the front seat. Do yourself a favor: go to a Honda lot in a more safe area. More

"Mandatory" Lifetime Warranty included with every purchase!! Run as far away as you can from these scammers. Long story short I was trying to purchase a 2015 CR-V for my 89 year old Grandmother and upon the salesman finding out it was priced lower on Autotrader (far below their website) he decided to bundle a mandatory lifetime warranty for a lofty $1099. I spoke to the manager and he told me they could not remove it and it's bundled on all of their cars LOL. Folks this is ILLEGAL. I use to work for Sonic Automotive and if you ever have ANYONE tell you this run as far away as you can unless you like purchasing from unethical scammers. More

In 2018 everyone with a job needs a car especially in country areas. I go to Honda hoping they would work with me. I get approved for a car and they tell me to come sign and get the car. I get there and they tell me the car is not for sale its too damaged on the outside . I just seen the car and I was told it was very dependable so I was confused hearing that information. I say okay lets find another car that can fit me. They show me to cars that I approve of and tell me its in my range . I wait there for like almost an hour and just to get told its not in my range. I waited there like the longest time without a word from any of the other employees who were just watching football on their desk or texting. I wasted over 4 hours over there that i took off work just to get a car that I was told was mine. I'm never going there again thanks for nothing More
