They looked at the truck, knew we needed a caliper and rotor and brake pads. We booked an appointment 2 days later after we ingested the cost. They took the car apart again, same dealership, then proceeded to tell us they didn’t have the parts, after already confirming on the phone which parts they were replacing. We were there from 10:30 to 2:30 for absolutely nothing. They are horrible people who are completely dishonest. I don’t know of any Honda dealership nearby that is trustworthy!
