This dealership is my favorite dealership. I have both purchased and serviced my Porsches here. Mark Williams my service advisor is both helpful and trustworthy.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I feel like I should share my experience. I purchased a 2018 Porsche 718 Cayman GTS from this dealership and made a point to ask about any prior damage before moving forward. I was told it was minor—essentially a parking lot scuff on the front bumper. Based on that, I felt comfortable proceeding. After the purchase, I learned the damage was more significant than described. It involved the front and left side of the car, including components like the bumper, headlight, and radiator area. The dealership later acknowledged roughly $10k in repairs. That obviously changes the picture. Anyone familiar with these cars knows how much that kind of history impacts value. I reached out right away, not looking to create a problem—just trying to find a fair solution. Initially, the situation was acknowledged and I was asked what I thought would be reasonable. I proposed either a value adjustment or unwinding the deal. After that, communication dropped off completely. No resolution, no follow-through. That’s the part that’s hard to understand. At this level, you expect transparency and a willingness to stand behind what’s sold—especially when the issue is clear and documented. Instead, I was left holding the bag on something I relied on their representation for. I spent serious money on this car expecting a straightforward, professional transaction. That’s not what this turned into.
