This dealership service center is awful and very irresponsible. I bought a brand new car and the trunk stopped working after a month and already 3 months I am waiting for they gonna fix it, they could not fix it in the service center and told me would need to send it to the body shop but they could not provide me substitute car and they are not sure how many days the repair will take. Until now I have been waiting call back from the service center, regarding the available car that I can leave for repair. This is very frustrating, you are paying monthly payments but can not use your car.
