I recently had ford mobile unit come out for an oil change package. This is my 5th time Using there mobile unit , tech was professional quick and left no mess Front booking the appointment to getting my oil changed it was quick and easy. Nothing better than having cup coffee Lighting up a cigarette while your oil is getting changed in your driveway , can’t beat that.

Although I live 20+ miles away and have many Ford dealerships closer to me, this dealership was able to solve my issues to my satisfaction much better and more quickly than my normal dealership. I will be going out of my way to give my business to them in the future.

Nice and convenient, professional and the people were friendly and courteous. I used the night drop box and they contacted me early to let me know they had my truck and were inspecting it. They called me with a list of the problems and gave me the prices to fixe them and gave me options to what should be fixed right away and what I could hold off on based on what I can afford to fix at this time. That was very helpful for me I have a wedding at the end of the month and finances are limited right now. We made a plan on what to fix now and what to reschedule for a later date , there was no pressure and Erminda the service rep was was very knowledgeable and helpful.
