With so many competing high end auto brands, it’s this type of client engagement that can attract new buyers of your brand like my wife and me. We just returned our 4th Lexus which was on lease and frankly I was hesitant to consider MB. After all , these 4 cars were very reliable. Still Ed had made me reconsider MB as a potential long time auto choice for my family’s future car selections. I hope MB is compensating Ed to retain his expertise.
