Excellent experience. Very transparent and honest transaction. Great selection of vehicles also. I visited and spoke to 7 dealers and North Bay Imports was one of only two that was genuinely transparent, and they earned my business.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Jackson made it so easy. There was no pressure and he allowed me to decide what car was best for me. From walking in the door to leaving this was an A+ experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was promised 2 set of keys upon picking up the car. 8 months later no key and the sales person Tiffany stopped responding to calls and emails. Additionally there were serious issues with the car after we drove off the lot. At first they tried to nickel and dime me for repairs even though the estimates came from the actual manufacturer’s dealership. Clearly they don’t care about customers after the purchase. I would not recommend
