I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I’ve had the Jeep 5 days . I had to bring it back the check engine light came on after a half a tank of gas , the Media center needs to be replaced ., I’m not a happy camper I brought it back to the dealer it took 4 hours to come to this conclusion .
Good service department never a problem when I bring my vehicles in. Sales is good as well will work with you to put you in the car of your choice
went to kia in eht where i brought the kia new went in for my oil change needless to say i have always had a good good job done but not this time for a hundred and some dollars looks like just a oil and filter tire rotation whick i paid for extra they could not of checked fluids because washer never filled coolant not filled not even sure if tires were done or not so i took some where to make sure got checked filled not sure i will be using this dealership again
Each car in the lot had an “adjustment “ that was thousands above the advertised price. The Matt Blatt website listed a “Matt Blatt Price” that was not the actual price. We were really disappointed and ended up buying down the street at Bennett Chevrolet. Much easier time and great to work with.
They are always courteous; the waiting room is well appointed and clean, and our vehicle was done ahead of schedule and washed. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service on my Kia.
Went in to get an oil change and I had got a flat tire the day before. They were able to fix both. They also performed a multi-piont inspection. This is the reason you take your car/SUV to a certified Kia not a mom and pop store! Louis was very helpful and explained my service and the cost.
