The whole process was great. All the people I worked with (Glenn, Nate and Michael) are authentic and honest. No tricks, no pushing. It actually saved both mine and their time.
Subaru clientele were fantastic! Farbio and Michael were great! Parts department was great! I would say, great place to buy a car.
I did not know the other two fellows: my husband did all the final work. But my "test dive" was well done, explanations were good;
