For their pre-owned car: Run. Long story short: Bait and switch. This is a big red flag for dealers. 1 week ago, I saw a Cadillac XT5 Luxury on Carfax, called immediately, and scheduled a test drive for the next day. However, when I confirmed with them the next day, they told me it was just sold and tried to talk me into another XT5 which is $4,000 more for the same condition. Luckily, I didn't leave home yet. Otherwise, I would end up spending 2 hours driving for a lie, for a car that doesn't exist. The funny thing is, after 1 week, that car is still on their website and Carfax. I bought a pre-owned 2 days ago, and the info has already been taken down from both the dealer's website and Carfax. Therefore I can confirm here Friendly Cadillac is definitely doing Bait and Switch. I resent dealers like this. They simply DON‘T care and they jerk you around for fun, and also your money.

I worked with Terance on a pre-owned car, he made the process easy and took the time to show me the car and to be confident even the windshield waipers before the test drive. Mark the manager came out and talked with me , no pressure and very freindly. Even to Joe fiance all the way around top notch experience. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a car as well as a good experience. I have bought many cars over the years , one of the best for sure. thank you guys

Can't say enough about the Service Dept. Jarrod, Pete, and Randy work so hard for their customers. I commend the dealership for keeping these guys on their staff for so many years. Thomas in Sales also helps me whenever I purchase a vehicle, this year will hopefully be my 4th lease or purchase through him. I will continue to use this dealership even though it is an hour away from my residence.

My family and I have purchased 5 Cadillacs from this dealer and I’m trying to Lease another one right now, but I can’t get the sales person to call me back. I shouldn’t have to chase a dealer to buy a car. I guess loyalty doesn’t mean anything to them.

I purchased a 2015 CTS with 84K miles. I was told that they had done a 160 point inspection and everything was good. I had to take it back for an alignment which I knew I would have to do. After less then 1K miles it needed new brakes and rotors. I have aksed for a copy of the inspection report-no luck. The service department is assume, but sales-not so much. Should have known when the sales guy kept asking for more "cheddar" to lower the payment.
