This dealer has the absolute worst service department I've ever experienced in any industry. I recently took my truck in to have a water leak fixed. They had my truck for 14 days. During that time, I was promised call-backs at least six times. I left a voice mail for the sales manager. It was never returned. The service tech I was working with flat lied to me multiple times by promising calls and status updates that never came. Several calls rang for about 30 - 40 seconds before going to a message that doesn't let you leave a message, but says something like, "There is no one available to take your call. Thanks for calling. Goodbye," and then disconnects. And this is during their posted business hours. My wife and I have bought five new vehicles over the past nine years or so. I kept going back, thinking that their service department just HAD to have gotten better. I've never been more wrong. And we will never be back. Maybe the Sales folks, or even, say, Management (!!!), could apply some pressure? At this point, that's just not going to happen. This renamed "Legacy" dealership is certainly building one, and it's one I want no part of as a customer. Poor customer service has become a way of doing business. Legacy indeed.
I can honestly say ! I dealt with some good salespeople! I have no complaints thank you Efird on my second vehicle. I do want my paint touch up other than that I was treated very well!
Horrible service I purchased a 2022 Dodge Promaster in Charlotte NC and the crash light was coming on took it to Efird Chrysler Jeep in Florence SC had to take it in 3 different times then they kept the van for a week and within days the light is still coming on. The service advisor and service manager were useless even had someone calling me from their parts department with incorrect information. I have spoke with the owner over the phone he said they dont have qualified people to work on the Promaster and he recommend I take it to Charlotte where I purchased the vehicle. No wonder the service department is so relaxed and nonchalant with the way they treat customers. Awful customer service from top to bottom. Would give them a 0 if possible.
Will never purchase here again. I bought a RAM Limited. I was misled about the condition of the vehicle. It was supposed to be new, but the under carriage had been damaged on the lot, the air suspension system had been replaced, and there were paint defects from the factory that were not pointed out. I try to tell everyone I see about the level of service I received. I think they are the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with, which is sad.
Brought my car in with appointment and they had order part. Part didnt come in and I asked for loaner car. Was eventually called back and told may have one but if not come get your car! Dont go to this place!
All 4 of them can LIE don't have your Chrysler 300 air conditioner fix b/c you will never ride in it again. Christian will keep lying telling you we are going to fix your car and she will keep on lying until she will have to give you your money back and your car still is not fix.I rate them a BIG FAT 0!!!!!!!!!!. take your car somewhere else.My over all rating of the service center is a 0 but it is not on here so i will give them a 1 they do not need that.
