Unfortunately Koon’s service department is very disappointing! Our last two service appointments we’re confirmed yet they failed to inform us that the parts needed for the critical recall was not in stock. Two trips to Koons service wasted with no apologies. We even asked to speak with the service manager to work this out and after standing in the cold for 20 minutes, nobody wanted to come out and talk about the issue or even offer an alternative to fix this extreme lack of customer service! If you need service, I would recommend another Toyota dealer. Koons just does not care about it’s customers.

Scott was super helpful and a great communicator. He made the experience easy and painless.
