Asked for the OTD price with Daniel T. He didn't want to provide it via email. Other Toyota Dealers were willing to provide it via a spec sheet or email. In his words, "We do not disclose this info via email as buyers are potentially shopping us." Not a great way to do business in my opinion. Disappointed since I saw good reviews via Google.

I want to start by saying, if you're looking to trade in or buy new this is the dealership to go to! We were due to go to the Hemet location we had an appointment, showed up waited 20 minutes, and got no service whatsoever. Went to THIS location and had the best experience yet so far with buying a vehicle! I want to shout out Amanda in finance ‐ she was super sweet & fast! Also went above and beyond to help us and threw in some extras for us! Anthony in sales was super honest and helpful in finding us what we wanted he kept it 100% honest the whole time and didn't waste our time! Tommy was who greeted us when we got there and was with us till we closed the deal! He was super funny, kept us informed when we wanted information he didn't xx us he kept it 💯 the whole time, kept us within our budget, and still made sure we got a bomb deal! We didn't wait whatsoever, he was fast and efficient, he was also very honest & much more than helpful he made sure he showed us exactly what we wanted and didn't try to push us in a different way he made sure we were more than happy with our pick and told us from the jump that his goal was to get us into the car we wanted and he did that PLUS he was very patient with us especially since I had to leave halfway thru and my husband finished which Amanda did amazing by helping him do the paperwork and them making it possible for me to sign later that night! Brett the manager was fantastic super energetic, and went above and beyond for my husband! Even tho it got late his energy was very uplifting and joyful! This team took care of us! We can't say enough how happy we are with everyone here for taking care of us, and getting us into the car we wanted, and making it possible to do our trade-in! I’ve bought 3 cars here. I had my 2014 prius hauled in last night (12/29/2022) because it wouldn’t start. I talked to manager Rob Garcia about the logistics of getting the car dropped off last night. Rob called me this morning about the service it needed and the car was repaired by noon. He was wonderful. He was patient with me and didn’t mind repeating answers to my questions.
