"all the staff i talked to was very nice, no problems until they were finished and then i was told i had to pay for oil change. I have the sticker on the back of vehicle when i bought it last year new and was told then free oil changes. I understand the reason for stopping that but as a customer which my family has bought their cars we should have been told about this before i got there. Communication needs improvement and what a turn over in staff. I only saw two persons that i knew who they were. Is the working conditions there that bad???Eddie was the gentleman who explained things to me about the oil change policy. I'm not sure if i will continue to be a customer there....Sad !!!"
"came in for an oil change and tire rotation as well as a warranty issue. the car was ready in 20 minutes,oil change and rotation were done but the warranty problem was not fixed in fact looking at the R.O. it was not even listed so I don't believe an ASE tech. even looked at the problem,(issue still there,i.e.shaking when at a stop )then when leaving the dealership I saw the oil change sticker stating that the battery was no good so in calling the dealer back when I got home I was told that the tester was not working correctly and to disregard the sticker and the battery should be fine. the service writer was very knowledgeable about Nissan."
