I went in for a quick repair service on my BMW and 2 weeks later walked out with a gorgeous newer model. Everyone is great here! So much better than a dealership. Love supporting a family-run business. Somehow I spent thousands more than I wanted to but I felt so good about it! That is a successful transaction. I love the passion for BMWs and luxury vehicles. Great selection. Highly curated. The attention to detail on the cars is top notch. Definitely would recommend.

Purchased an eligible plug in hybrid vehicle in May 2023. Kris was informative and supportive in the buying process. This was a great car buying experience. I shopped around many dealers within Arizona and even in neighboring states. The corporate car dealerships are really awful. So, when meeting Kris at LeSueur, the experience was in sharp contrast. They were transparent about the vehicle status, we discussed the manufacturer's warranty, and felt confident about my purchase. I drive 30+ miles/day, and I'm currently getting over 110mpg! The vehicle has been great and I've owned for one year now. I was eligible for the tax credit which Kris and his team at LeSueur helped me process, they followed up with me when taxes were due and executed everything was processed effectively. Of course, now it's 2024 and the credits are easier to acquire and you get them right away when you purchase the vehicle, but in 2023 it was much different, and Kris and his team were great. I would recommend and do recommend purchasing from LeSueur.

Leslie has such an amazing personality and was with us through the whole buying experience from beginning to end. Leslie is extremely knowledgeable about the car we were buying and the whole buying experience as a whole. We never felt pressured or rushed to buy a vehicle. We really appreciated the honesty and upfront answers to all of our questions. We will definitely be back in the future when we look for another vehicle.

Seeing the jeep online and driving over on a sunday you learn were closed made for a very long 24 hours. But on arriving i met with Mr Norzagaray and "normally expecting a text book used car salesman" i was thrown of guard by he and his manager i believe Ethan was his name. Totally different experience then i ever had. It was after work too which added to my stress being tired. But the goal was my gladiator. Man i tell you after 10 min i was comfortable and enjoying my time at the dealership. The only thing that could make things better was driving away with my dream truck/jeep. Every was quick and very little paperwork. That just made things less stressful for some reason. I told Mr Norzagaray my goals as far as my down payment and my monthly payments. For the very first time in buying vehicles this was the first time i bought something the way i imagined it to be. No beat downs, i dint leave wondering if i made a mistake. No second guessing just a proud drive home thanks to Mr Norzagaray and i know there are alot of people supporting him which made this happen. Even a service person that washed my jeep thanked me. Im telling anyone that comments on my jeep about my experience. I truly hope this brings blessings your way. You all deserve it and did a great job. Buy the way the Jeep is running wonderfully i love it!

Holy cow, where do I begin! I first purchased from CardinaleWay Mazda a little over a decade ago, and my experiences have been amazing. Everyone is super friendly. I was just there last night with a family member, and we both ended up getting cars. Special shout out to Matt who was so patient, allowing me the time I needed to work through my thoughts and did not pressure me at all about making a decision. Mike (used car manager) came over and helped with what he could and made it the best deal I could have imagined. I am so grateful I took a chance on them so long ago. My family member (also a repeat customer) decided to get a new car and Matt helped with that with an assist from Chris (new car manager). They even stayed passed closing time just to help us get finished. The last time we bought a car, the GM himself of his own accord came down and assisted with the deal. So down to earth. The representative drove a loaner vehicle down Tuesday morning and drove my car to the dealer. Hannah was in contact via text every step of the way keeping me informed with service updates. They brought my car back clean and beautiful on Thursday morning. So grateful that I did not have to drive to Gilbert from Tucson for service. Very satisfied with service. Highly recommend.

She was very friendly and explained a little about how the dealership works. Once I arrived I spoke with Steven Texeira. He was very nice and professional. During the test drive he answered all my questions and explained a lot of the features about the vehicle. After the test drive I spoke with Phillip about financing. He showed me all the options available with the extended warranties but never pressured me at all. I have to say that thanks to Steven and Phillip the whole process of purchasing the can was very smooth and not stressful at all. I would definitely recommend Lunde's and everyone there.
