Given the difficulty in finding the 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited (GHH), I decided to use Navy Federal’s TrueCar pricing service. This streamlined the pricing and negotiation process, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Tyler, the sales representative, was very helpful throughout the entire process. Upon arrival, the dealership was clean, modern, and welcoming. Tyler greeted me promptly and had the Grand Highlander ready for a test drive. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle’s features and answered all my questions. The test drive was short and sweet because I had worked with Tyler to have the car built to fit my needs. The GHH exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, space, and hybrid performance. But who doesn't like the way a new car drives? Thanks to the Navy Federal TrueCar pricing service, the pricing and negotiation were straightforward and transparent. I received a fair deal without any haggling, which made the process stress-free. During the paperwork and finalization process is where the experience fell slightly short. Before making the long trip to Hemet, I requested digital copies of the paperwork for review. Unfortunately, the dealership was unable to provide them in advance. This would have been beneficial, as it would have allowed me to review the documents at my own pace and clarify any questions before arriving. As a result, the process took longer than expected once I was at the dealership, which was somewhat frustrating.
Overall, my experience buying the GHH from GOSCH Toyota was positive. Tyler did an excellent job, and I never felt pressured to buy or agree to anything. However, the process would have been improved by providing digital copies of the paperwork beforehand, especially considering the long distance I traveled. This would have made the finalization process more efficient and less time-consuming. While the experience was generally positive, the inability to review paperwork in advance detracted from the overall efficiency. Providing digital copies for long-distance buyers would be a valuable improvement. Despite this, I am extremely satisfied with my new Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited and the service I received from Tyler and GOSCH Toyota.
