Coalton was wonderful to work with. Although he is relatively new to the sales team, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. I appreciated his honesty if he wasn't quite sure about something, and his quick follow up to get the right answer for us. All of the people we dealt with made us feel welcome and appreciated, but it all began and ended with Coalton! The features on the vehicle were explained very well, first by Coalton and then by Zachary. Coalton thoroughly outlined the service options and helped us determine the best service plans for us. It has been over 20 years since our last major car purchase, and he and Zachary made it a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Coalton, Zachary, and the rest of the team who helped with the process. Went in expecting the usual run-around and time-suck that is often the car-dealership experience. Was pleasantly surprised to find a direct, honest and up-front dealership whose sales management and sales persons didn't waste my time. To my surprise I was financed there at a lower rate than my Credit Union had pre-approved me at also! Shop knows how to care for my Subaru and I will def be going back when it's time for the next one.

Always come to this location for my routine service. Service members (worked with Ben today) are knowledgeable and friendly. It has such a pleasant waiting room experience that is extremely well cared for. Top tier as it is impeccably clean, entertaining, and great complimentary snacks/coffee. Love how they offer mugs for customers to help with waste, and the free dog tags engraving! The kids corner is awesome with coloring pages with nice sharp colored pencils, kids table, and busy boards on the wall. We didn’t even realize the hour had passed while waiting with my 4 year old.

Usually I deal with Chris when I get my oil changed, etc. Once, Chris wasn’t at the shop and this tech, told me that my car needed a $3,000-$5,000 repair. Don’t remember, but, it seems expensive and SHADY. This is my third subi, last one was a 04, very good car with lots of mileage. Never had a problem. So, called Chris and brought my car when he was there, and guess what??? Nothing. He checked my subi, and it was great, no need of that costly repair. So, alway, always talk with the higher up at the shop. Shop manager (s) there are pretty honest. So, I will give them a 10 stars, not 5. Ritzma C

I have bought 3 BRAND NEW vehicles from Morehart MURPHY in the last 3 years. A 1500 ram, Jeep Grand Cherokee and a jeep gladiator. There sales people have been good to work with but there service department is the worst I have ever seen at any dealership. One more example, today at 1130am Jan11th I called them to schedule an appointment to rebalance my tires that are 35” and to do an alignment . The Lady in service said the soonest would be the end of February for both. I told her does not buying 3 Brand new vehicles in 3 years count for anything? She then told me we don’t balance any tires that are not factory. I called Advantage Chrysler in Farmington NM and they said bring it in now and they would have all completed in a couple of hours. I did and they had both items completed as they promised and did a really good job. Again I spent over 100 grand cash at Morehart Murphy in less then 3 years and that is the appreciation I get meaning no appreciation. I don’t know how that service department stays in business. I highly recommend Advantage Chrysler in Farmington even if it may be a little farther to drive to.

First off I want to say the salesman was courteous, knowledgeable and absolutely non- pressuring. I took a star off of the rating because the dealership’s adds are misleading in that they actually don’t have the cars in stock that they advertise.

The service manager’s behavior was totally unacceptable. He was deceitful and condescending. Not the way to treat loyal customers. We will not seek service there again. Too bad he plays such a short game in a world of creating long term loyalty.
