I recently bought a 2024 Subaru Outback from Suburban Subaru in Vernon, CT. Everything about my transaction at Suburban was excellent from start to finish and I highly recommend them. For context, I am not an easy customer to deal with. I have friends in the business and know many of the sales tactics dealers use to maximize their profits. Armed with this "insider info" I go to the dealership prepared to negotiate and defer any upselling of unnecessary services. Suburban is the first dealership in the area that recognized this right at the beginning of the transaction and treated me with respect rather than disdain. The sales staff negotiated a very fair price for a car with me and did not push services and warranties I didn't want. I have never bought from the same dealership twice, however, the next time I need a car I am fairly certain I'll be buying it from Suburban.

I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
