We were stopping by the dealership to just kick tires - thinking of a new one. As we parked and got out of our car, Sam Gordon in Sales, approached us in a very friendly manner, introduced himself, & asked if he could help us. He showed us to the models that we were interested in, was super knowledgable about all the bells & whistles and answered all our questions in detail. He took us for a test ride & helped us pick the one vehicle most appealing to us. He stuck with us and introduced us to the dealership staff. His great communication skills convinced my wife and I that we couldn't let this experience get away - so we ended up flat out purchasing a new Edge Titanium! Following a short time with the finance paperwork that Sam coordinated for us, he kept checking back to make sure we were comfortable. When we neared completion of the transaction, he conducted a detailed run through of all cabin components, and finally at a very late hour, stayed into the night helping us unload our trade-in vehicle into the new car purchase (we weren't expecting to buy). Super great customer care! Thank you, thank you - Sam for a such a great un-expected buying experience! Weeks and months afterwards, Sam would call to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions about the new car. This was above and beyond any of our expectations.
