Service department is friendly but incompetent. They had my car from July 13 until August 10, and the issue is still not resolved. The car makes an obnoxiously loud noise when started, placed into drive, and foot off the brake. It makes this noise 97% of the time. I brought my car in on the 13th. On the 17th they said it was the air condenser. On the 18th picked it up, still making the same noise. Brought it back on the 19th. Called me on the 20th & 21st after fixing heat shields, but it was still making the same noise. I did not hear back until the 27th when they said "we haven't done anything but it's not making the noise anymore!" I go over and it's making the noise. Every time I start the car, I show the technician the noise and he hears it. On the 28th they say it's a transmission mount and the part will get in Monday. Monday (31st) I get a call - my service advisor has been fired, and guess what! The director of service can't hear the noise. I give him detailed instructions on what to do to duplicate the noise. When I call a few hours later to check on it, they say "we hear the noise! We will replace the transmission mount now". I give them several days, call back to check on it. They say "were spinning the wheels right now trying to get the noise to duplicate!" I explain for the 30th time that the noise is only on idle and stops the second you touch the accelerator. "Oh ok! I will pass on this information". I did not hear anything else until August 8, when I called for an update. "They are test driving it now!". I get word it's done. I go to pick up the car. It is immediately apparent it is still making the noise. The advisor says "maybe it's just a normal noise (ITS NOT), let me get another Honda civic to compare it with, call you tomorrow!" I call near closing the next day, he couldn't find another civic but can't duplicate the noise anyway! I said call me if you can't duplicate the noise and I will come do it for you. Today I finally went in and just took the car. It is still making the same noise. Half a tank of gas is missing and my average MPG is 3 which I assume is because they sat there revving the engine even though I told them it only makes the noise at idle. I have never dealt with more incompetent people in my life.

Mgr Alton Clivens and salesman Mike Truxillo were easy to work with here. We were a lil anxious, but we negotiated a good deal and got it done fast. I definitely recommend them. Alton went over the top and ordered the color my daughter wanted. She loves it. Her friends love it. Parents have been asking me about it. My dad and brother went in and bought from them on my recommendation. Definitely worth giving them a shot.

After doing some research before traveling and locating a car at this dealer. I stopped to find they did not have any left. I spoke with JL. He was really enjoyable to talk to and took the time to show me about similar models. He told me to contact him if I wanted him to check on cars coming in. I checked to see when I would be back through the area and double checked on possibility of funding. Having confirmed I’d be back in the area the next week and again a little over a month later. I contacted jl via email. He replied to see what he could help with. I inquired about new arrivals or the possibility of ordering a car. Never recieved any response. I checked again a couple days before I would travel through again and no response. We just needed to make sure things would work logistically and get to final numbers and he would have sold a car. Instead I wasn’t worth a response.

They are cheaters and liars!! Do not go here!!! They refused to replace a battery for me that had a warrabty on it... tried to xxxxxxxx their way out of it!! If i would have purchased my car from them, they would stand behind their product!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!
