It was a smoother car buying experience I’d had, Ismael made the process fast and easy. I liked that he was not insisting, he focused on the kind of car I was looking for, was very thorough in explaining the details or differences of the cars I had in mind. I was extremely pleased with his service that I didn’t bother checking the other brand of car that I like. I was extremely pleased that he waited till the end of the purchase so he could show me the basics of driving and to top it all, he called the day after for follow up.

This dealership is outstanding, I cant even find the words to explain the wonderful experiences I have had. They go over anad above to help yo. We moved no matter what I did I could not get garage door connected, they actually sent 2 techs Marco and David down to try and do it, unbelievable, The Service department, has to be number one in the world. Diana Meixsell is absolutely wonderful.I got a flat tire and was having a very stressful day due to situations out on my control, had to wait 3 hours for a tire change, my donut was put on, when I got home I called and asked Diana if they could pick up my car and ge me a tire, tire could not be repaired, Sge sent someone done and left me a loaner, my car is 1 year old and Michelin quit making tgat tire so tgey had difficulty finding one. After several days they found it, changed it and put everything from the donut and tools back in, all this time I ad the loaner. That is what I call outstanding service an fortunately for me I had purchased tire and wheel insurance. Thank you Diana, On my previous Lexus I had an issue and had dealings with Luke Whary, once again I had outstanding service, I have never seen service like LOLV and it’s service advisors as well as the technicians. In sales Yanni, John and Dan make the purchasing process so easy and well explained.. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. No high pressure sales here. We talked about what I was looking for and he then took me out to see all the vehicles in stock for that model. Had a great test drive. He answered all of my questions. I highly recommend seeing him if you are in the market for a Lexus. Dealership was friendly and had lots of inventory. Clean and modern. Had such a good feeling about everything I bought a car that day.

They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and excellent all around. They addressed all our questions and concerns and had the exact vehicle we wanted in their inventory. They gave us the best price and a fair price for our trade in. This was a smooth process and we couldn't be happier. We came all the way from NYC (4 hours round trip) and they made sure we were ready to hit the road. Highly Recommended!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a used car. Paul was so nice and took us on an informative and fun test drive. It felt like buying with a friend helping get us the best price. No pressure to buy add ons when we met with the business manager to sign documents. Love that we have a 6 month warranty on a certified Lexus along with lifetime inspections. Highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Paul, he knows these cars.

I recently had a problem with my leased UX Hybrid 2023 - Shanbreen

I recently had a problem with my leased UX Hybrid 2023 (something to do with my navigation system). I initially contacted Toyota and hated their customer service. They were giving me $250.00 to be spent on repairs only, for a car under warranty with around 1500 miles. Not only that, they refused to do anything about my problem. I then turned to Rohrich Lexus and had a wonderful experience with them. It took some time for them to solve the problem but they kept me abreast with what was going on. Although, the Service Department was not helpful, Shawn, the sales person, and the general manger, Jason Xenack were excellent. They contacted the Service Department (especially Jason) and returned our calls, always letting us know that the problem would be solved one way or the other. They even compensated us for the long time it took in repairing our problem which according to Toyota was not repairable. Thank you Shawn and Jason. People like you, makes it worthwhile dealing with your company. Please disregard the optional information below. Between Christmas and New Year, I was traveling from North Carolina to visit family in Harrisburg and on the way heard a sudden noise which got worse and worse. Finally arriving in Harrisburg I called the dealership. They took me in within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, repaired it on the spot, kindly offered drinks and snacks in the lounge, kept me informed, washed and vacuumed my vehicle, and sent me happily on my way NO CHARGE!!!!!! I guess we can all call that great service with a smile. Thanks to the service team!!!!!
