BAD Service I am sure Labrum does many things well BUT service is NOT one of them!! Had a $6,000 major undercarriage repair and brought to Labrum my 2017 Ford Raptor.....just off the mountain and asked Jesse to spray the mud off to make sure no body damage and wash techs sprayed half the mud off and then long brushed the truck scratching the paint everywhere!! Danny agreed to pay to buff BUT still have some scratches. Techs also scratched the door appliqués so asked them to replace and instead of correctly installing via removal of the window trim just jammed the new appliqués in the trim bending and scratching the window trim. A week after the $6,000 repair drove to Idaho for Thanksgiving and the transmission overheated leaving me stranded on the Utah/Idaho border. Now the truck is sitting in Idaho and the Idaho dealer is finding many issues with the Labrum repair.....now have a broke down new truck with scratched paint and damaged window trim and Jesse’s response is “we are not doing anything else on the truck....we told you we preferred you take it somewhere else!” JUST NOT RIGHT!! Going to cost me several thousand $ to fix Labrum’s poor workmanship!! Save yourself a LOT of headaches and service elsewhere!!

I wanted to make 5 negative stars but it wont let me... I was looking to buy a new truck 1 year ago and I wanted a loaded up truck a f-350 Platinum well Ken Garff kept posting 1 for sale and I would inquire on it and they would say it was sold. Well they keep their ad up for a couple months and I keep checking on it but I was told its sold come on down we have other low end trucks. I did not want a low end truck! Finally I called again and to my surprise it was for sale at 5k over MSRP. Well this truck was hard to find and so I went down to them and they F****ed with me on it so i went home no sale that day. Decided to go down again and had to meet there terms (pay over MSRP and use their financing) No one went over truck with me at all and I received NO paper work? huh? When I got home as I live an hour away looking at truck the driver seat (you know the edge that gets wore from getting in and out) looked like the truck had 50k miles on it. I also have problems with the Nav system and ford pass. So truck sat in garage all winter because of some surgeries I had. I took it out a few weeks ago and the driver side doors don't align so I took to a body shop and they think it was wrecked and repaired! Now I have problems with a 100k truck and Ken Garff does not help! Oh and when I asked about the leather seat to service they said to take it to this leather shop but the warranty does no cover it. I have been buying Brand new vehicles for 30 years now and NEVER had to deal with a dealer as poor as Ken Garff. This is the worst dealer in Utah hands down! BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

The service department looks foe ways to force upsales on customers. I watched them ask manager as to what to do about a customers k&n filter, to clean it. Manager said no, I was shocked! Then said just replace it. That's stealing from the customers car. Those are not cheap, now he will have to purchase again, and pay for a new FORD filter. That's the way to steal from their customers.

Lost Drivers License - Stuck in Utah

I left my drivers license lay on the console and it slid through a small opening between the dash and console of my F350. I needed my license for ID to fly home. Moab Ford’s service manager took the dash apart and retrieved my license that same morning and didn’t charge me a cent. I have driven Fords for most of my life and this is one of the best dealerships I have dealt with.

About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!
