Zero stars. Easily the worst customer service experience that I have ever have had. It took three months to diagnose, make an attempted repair (that didn't work) and then repair my daily driver 2019 F-150. The customer service stopped taking and/or returning my calls several times while they had me truck. The estimated prices for the repair changed, ultimately costing $2000 more than originally quoted. When they finally got the vehicle repaired, it was sitting in their lot for 2 months. They returned me a filthy vehicle which must have been outside for 2 months covered in bird droppings. They could not process a DEBIT CARD payment, which they harassed me about, accusing me of having insufficient funds for, which I didn't. Nobody on this staff seems to be in the least bit professional. I would never recommend this establishment. Thanks for the 3 month nightmare. I went here because it was a "Ford Dealership", what a frustrating experience, and no loaner vehicles, awesome.

Deceptive sales practice or just incompetence? My experience with Younkers Nissan Sales went very poorly; a waste of my time with two visits. Visit #1, 3/16/2024: After pre-contact with a sales rep on a listed pre-owned Frontier truck, I made an appointment to see it. I arrived to be surprised that it was not available because the dealership owner had taken it off lot for the weekend. Instead, I test drove the same exact model with much lower miles and much higher price. Sure, I’m disappointed to not see the actual truck but also surprised that the viewed truck is filthy as though it’s just come in from a day of off-roading. At the end, the sales rep seeks to close on the original truck sight unseen! No, I need to see the actual truck. So I let him know to set up another appointment for a revisit to see the truck upon its return. Visit #2 3/22/2024: The following week, I follow up with the sales rep who says that the truck is being returned that mid-week. I set up an appointment to view, requesting that the truck be fully detailed in advance because in the listing it looks dirty (does this dealership really want to sell these pre-owned trucks?). On the appointment day, as I’m making my way through Seattle traffic, I am notified that 1) they still need to detail the truck and 2) they can’t find the keys. Fine, we move the appointment later in the day and they find one key but not the other (which the sales rep later claims to have driven to Seattle to get (doesn’t add up how he could drive to Seattle and back before I arrive?). When I arrive, I had to wait additional time while they finish the detailing. NOW THE KICKER: finally when I get to see the cleaned truck, I check the odometer, and to my bewilderment, it is the low mileage truck from Visit #1, NOT the original truck I was interested in seeing! What’s going on here? The sales rep tells me that they sold the truck last weekend after I initially visited. HUH? Then why didn’t he inform me? Why am I seeing the same truck that I already saw in vist #1 and I’m not interested in? I’m upset for the time waste. Annoyingly, they tried to offer the low mileage truck with a slight discount and when agree to buy it on the spot, at the lower price of the sold truck, the sales manager came over and instead offered a 2024 Frontier with minor discount. Maybe it was plain incompetence by the sales rep, but I wonder if they had the truck at all, bait customers in and switch with vehicles with greater margins? As of today 3/24, the truck I was originally interested in remains on their website but now at a higher price! See photo, it was listed at special price of $37149 for the past 2-3 weeks.

Fantastic dealership! We were "browsing" different cars and dealers in our search of my wife's next car. Phil Satterfield approached me and I immediately could tell he was a no BS salesman. I was looking at SUV's. He showed me a 2019 Rogue, then asked what kind of features my wife needed. After explaining and talking him my preferred price range Phil asked if i had to have a 2019 or not. When I explained I would even consider a newer used vehicle he asked me a brand new 2018 Rogue that they had left. It was blue, which isn't our preferred color, but with Phil's encouragement, i decided to drive it. After i finished the impressive drive, my wife called and had decided to take the rest of the day off. I told her to come drive it, so she did. While she was like myself on the color night being what we were going to get, she liked it. So I let Phil know we were going to go finish looking at other vehicles, and and for his card. The best part of my experience was Phil was smart enough and gracious enough to know NOT to press the sale right then. After spending the rest of the afternoon test driving and having dealers try to make us "buy" right now we ended up preferring the Nissan Rogue, and also, particularly, Phil. We called Phil and went back and bought the Rogue. BEST. DEALERSHIP. EXPERIENCE. EVER. Faster I have ever bought a car. No BS. No forced up sales. No 3 hour back and forth. Great Customer Service!
