Celebrating our 65 year anniversary! This family owned and operated business was established in 1960, making us the oldest classic car dealership in America. Special thank you to all our customers for entrusting us to park the car of your dreams in your driveway while preserving automotive history for future generations to embrace and enjoy. -Grams family & Volo Museum staff INTRODUCTION: What a sleeper! No SS emblems here, actually it has 6-cylinder emblems on the fenders! In actuality there's a Corvette Z06 under the hood! They took an unabused, restored Camaro and upgraded, rebuilt or replaced practically every mechanical part on the car. Only 100 miles on the mechanicals. EXTERIOR: The body's exceptionally clean, straight and fits very nicely. It was repainted its original Granada Gold color, the metallic is laid out nicely and the clear coat is buffed to a glossy finish. The chrome and trim is shiny. The black convertible power top is in excellent shape. New Torque Thrust wheels and tires, 15s in front and 16s in back. INTERIOR: It is very clean inside too, restored the same time the exterior was restored. The seats are reupholstered, door panels and dash pad were replaced. The center console has an updated overdrive shift indicator. A set of Bosch gauges were added to monitor the engine vitals. The interior lights work, it has its original seatbelts and a set of Camaro mats. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Wow, lookie what we have here! A Corvette Z06 LS6 aluminum motor with only 100 miles on complete rebuild, everything in the motor is new. It is now making 420 hp and has new Hustler stainless headers. New serpentine belt, hoses and battery. A new aluminum radiator with an electric fan keeps it cool. Features include modern power steering and new power brake system. The engine bay is spotless, the metal is clean and smooth. The squirters and horn are hooked up, it has hood insulation. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and the jamb are painted slick. The weatherstrip and well liner have been replaced. Inside is spotless metal with fresh spatter paint. It also includes a car cover and a jack assembly. UNDERSIDE: The suspension was rebuilt. It is upgraded with an all new Wilwood brake system with drilled and slotted disc at all 4 wheels. All new Aeromotive fuel system compatible with the fuel injection. Great sounding, fat stainless exhaust with x-pipe and Flowmaster mufflers. Looking up at the motor it has an aluminum oil pan and a high torque starter. The 4L60E overdrive automatic was completely rebuilt with new clutches and converter, then Dyno tested. A rebuilt driveshaft leads back to a 10 bolt rear with new 3.55 posi gears. The floors look solid and clean. SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car we sell. CONCLUSION: It comes with a binder of receipts for the extensive amount of mechanical upgrades. You shouldn't have to touch a thing for a long time. All you need to do is fill the tank and enjoy! For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide is my professional opinion based on my experience with these vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase the car and share our team's insights. **Our cars are displayed within a museum setting. If you are interested in a specific vehicle, please schedule an appointment with a salesperson to view it. Without an appointment, there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you decide to purchase a car, your admission will be refunded, and you'll receive a one-year museum membership. 815 385 3644 9-5 central Sale
