1988 Ferrari 328

Cauley Ferrari is proud to offer this stunning Ferrari 328 GTS finished in rare Prugna Metallic exterior over a Crema leather interior. The final iteration of a 15-year-old design was produced from 1986 to 1989. This classic Pininfarina-designed car has aged gracefully, while the performance is still engaging today. The 328 produces 270hp and weighs just under 2,800lbs. The newly restyled Ferrari 328 was released in 1985 as a replacement for the aging 308, which had at that point been in production for nearly 10 years. The 328 was offered from the start as both a fixed-roof coupe (GTB) and as a Targa (GTS). Ferrari 328 production would last a total of four years, from 1985 to 1989, when it was replaced by the all-new 348. A total of 7,412 cars rolled off the assembly line at Maranello, with 6,068 GTS versions being produced alongside 1,344 GTB models.

The 328 is considered one of the most reliable classic Ferraris. An evolution of the 308, launched in 1975, its a relatively simple car, free from electronic wizardry. Bosch K-Jetronic mechanical fuel injection was the order of the day here. Unlike many Ferraris, a 328 can be serviced without removing the engine, which keeps servicing costs down.
