1994 Chevrolet Impala SS 502 Ram Jet Powered Custom Build
If youre looking for an ordinary Impala SS, this isnt it. This highly customized 1994 Chevrolet Impala SS is a serious street machine that combines the iconic full-size muscle car look with modern performance and custom craftsmanship. Odometer shows 106,000 miles, but the real story is whats under the hood.
Power comes from a massive GM Performance 502 Ram Jet fuel-injected V8 producing an impressive 502 horsepower and 502 lb-ft of torque, a huge step up from the factory LT1 engine. Backing the big block is a built 4L65 automatic overdrive transmission featuring a 2,500-stall converter and shift kit. The rear end has been upgraded with lockers and 3.73 gears for outstanding street performance and acceleration.
The engine bay has been professionally modified with a recessed firewall to accommodate the big-block powerplant, while Hydro-Boost brakes help keep everything under control. Additional performance upgrades include American Racing headers, catalytic converters, and a custom 3-inch stainless dual exhaust system that delivers an aggressive muscle-car sound.
