Pay attention to this truck as you do not find them in this condition very often. GR Auto Gallery is excited to bring to market this brawny 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie SLT 4X4 short box pick up. This truck was held by the second owner from 2001 to March 2025. It is finished in its Firecracker Red metallic exterior paint over a ultra clean grey custom cloth interior. Power comes from its 5.2 liter Magnum V8 engine, 5 speed manual transmission and 4 wheel drive. Highlights include: power steering, power brakes, power windows, power locks, factory stereo with cassette, 3 way split bench with folding center, sliding rear window, tilt wheel, cruise control, cold air conditioning, suspension lift, custom aluminum wheels, side steps, short box, spay in bed liner, chrome step rear bumper, etc. Today at just 126610 miles, the truck remains in amazing original condition showing all the signs on consistent care and maintenance. The Firecracker Red Metallic exterior paint shows excellent with just a few minor expected chips and flaws, the original interior is excellent and super clean, and the frame and underbody show superior structure. This Ram 1500 is mechanically fit and proven driver. It starts, runs, shifts and drives excellent. The 4 wheel drive works as it should and the AC blows cold. Dodge introduced this generation of the Ram with the slogan, The Rules Have Changed. The design was cutting edge and sales skyrocketed. The Ram 4X4 single cab short box is the truck to have and they are very hard to find in this condition. The CARFAX is clean and shows a regimented service history and the truck does come with its original manuals. It is highly optioned, in great condition and ready to impress.
