Seller's Comments
An EL with the 7,500 lb payload package, rear load-leveling suspension, and SYNC 3 with voice-activated navigation is not what most Expedition XLT listings look like. This one also has rear climate controls and rear audio controls built in, which means everyone past the front seats has their own environment and their own audio without negotiating with the driver. Picture pulling away from a crowded Saturday morning sports complex, three rows full, roof loaded, rear suspension sitting flat and composed exactly the way it was designed to. The Expedition EL adds nearly a foot of length over the standard wheelbase, and that extra room shows up in ways that matter when you are hauling gear alongside passengers rather than choosing between them. The load-leveling suspension earns its place on a vehicle this size by keeping the rear end from squatting when the third row is occupied and the cargo area is not empty, which is exactly the situation this truck was designed to handle confidently.
