Jim is a 30 year veteran of the auto industry and joined the Imperial family of businesses in 2000 as a salesperson in our Chevrolet store. He has vast experience in all types of vehicle sales with a particularly deep knowledge of truck sales and upfitting for business use. A lifelong local guy, Jim was born in Milford, raised in Grafton, and now calls Millbury home along with longtime girlfriend Nancy and their two dogs, Oliver and Fenway. In his spare time Jim enjoys spending time with the family and is an avid fisherman.

Joel Cohen

Joel has broad and deep knowledge and skills acquired during a forty-year sales career. Prior to joining Imperial, he spent thirty-five years in graphic arts, investments, kitchen remodeling, and mortgages. He then spent three years selling mobility products and adapted vehicles for physically challenged drivers and passengers. Joel is deservedly proud that his clients consider him a model of customer service, one who excels in patience, attentiveness, information, and appreciation plus someone who consistently strives to provide fair value for their hard-earned dollars. At his desk, he proudly displays photos of his grandchildren and mementos of his favorite Boston sports teams. If you ask him, he will also share pictures of his pets. Joel is a Viet Nam veteran and current master of Montgomery Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Milford.

Edward Kelly

Edward Kelly is a lifelong Massachusetts resident. He also has a life long history of serving the community. Eddie worked for many years in the court system. Most of all Eddie has a life long association with the fight against Cerebral Palsey. He has hosted a golf tournament to raise money in the fight against this disease and annually takes a busload of children suffering from Cerebral Palsey to Six Flags for a day of fun. Eddie is a proud single father. He prides himself on giving his customers an expeditious no hassle experience.

Frank Dumas

Frank was born in Boston and lived in Jamaica Plain for over thirty years. In 2011, he relocated to Norfolk. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he entered the auto industry after his discharge in 1968. In a career spanning forty-plus years, he has worked his way up from cleaning cars coming off delivery trucks to the highest levels of management. He even became the owner of several dealerships in Massachusetts and New York! Frank joined the Imperial team in May, 2013, and says it has been a wonderful experience. In fact, he emphatically says it is the best work environment he has ever been in: “All the folks at Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are like family,” he says, “and our customers are delightful people to do business with.”

Andy Clair

Sales & Leasing Consultant

Distinguished and dependable, Andy has been in the auto industry for fifteen years, the last three of which being at Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. During his exemplary career, he has sold Acura, Saturn, Lexus, Honda, and now four distinctly American brands, making him an expert not only of domestic but imported vehicles too. The sales experience he has acquired at each of these franchises makes him, he says, “especially helpful in negotiations and allows [him] to provide excellent service to his customers.”

Al Antolini

Cerebral, humble, gracious, kind, and reliable—all are words used by customers and colleagues to describe Al. A lifelong resident of the greater Mendon area, he was born in Milford and now resides in neighboring Hopedale. He is the proud father of Chris, his son and recent college graduate, and he is an avid fan of the Red Sox, Bruins, and Patriots. In fact, Al is such an ardent follower that he has had season tickets to all three during his lifetime. At Imperial, he takes great pride in providing his customers with “an expedient, no-hassle buying experience.”

Harry has been in the auto industry for 25 plus years and still enjoys helping people find their dream ride. When not at work he enjoys working in his yard, skiing in the winter, and spending time with his wife Juli, daughter Michaela, and their dog Eddie.

In my youth, I worked in manufacturing. The company I worked for sent me to college at the University of Wisconsin, then placed me firmly in management. Life was good. My field was Customer Service. Helping people was always a part of my life, raised that way, so it was a natural transition for me to the car business. Besides, it’s the right thing to do. After 18yrs, the company was bought out and I changed careers coming to work for Imperial Cars in Mendon. It is a perfect fit for me. Treating customers and folks in general with respect, is something that is expected here at Imperial, and rightly so, so I fit right in. I have always purchased my cars here as does my family. No old school sales tactics here. Customer satisfaction is job 1 at Imperial Cars. It’s all about the customer. I am proud to be part of the Imperial Family and to help carry the tradition forward in the little town of Mendon, small town America. Nothing like it.
