I am a local guy who grew up in Columbus. Went to DeSales High School and am an avid Buckeye Fan. Married to Linda Hammond. We HAVE 3 children and 5 grandchildren. I have been in the Automobile business for over 41 years and have served Central Ohio customers with great care and passion. I hope to continue to do so for a few more years so I would like to invite all of my past customers to come visit me here at Acura of Columbus and would love to have the opportunity to serve any and all new customers. When I am not working or spending time with my grandchildren I Love to golf, watch OSU football, the Cleveland Browns and when possible going to Clearwater Beach.

When I ventured into sales I brought with me a background immersed in customer service, finance, and management. I believe in putting the customer first and everything else will fall into place. I am a consumer too and know the value of trust above all else. Born and raised in Centerburg, OH. I loved the peace and quiet that comes from a small town but still enjoy the bustle of the Short North on a Saturday night. I have a daughter Brooklyn Rae who is the joy of my life and when I’m not spending time with her I do find time to stay active and physical while enjoying my hobbies of racing motorcycles and martial arts. If I have any hidden talent, it would be taking my little one out of a bad mood and keeping her on track. She keeps me on my toes!

Mike Shay has been with us for the past 23 years and has over 30 years in the Automotive business. Mike is active in the Bishop Watterson High School Community, enjoys golf, spending time with his son, Nick and is an avid Columbus Blue Jackets hockey fan.
