The 2022 Nissan Pathfinder marked a major redesign for Nissanâs three-row SUV, and this SV brings together the pieces that matter most for everyday family use: a naturally aspirated V6, a conventional nine-speed automatic, flexible seating, and a useful collection of driver-assistance technology. Finished in Gun Metallic with a cloth interior, this front-wheel-drive Pathfinder is sized for family duty without feeling as oversized as a traditional full-size SUV. Under the hood is Nissanâs 3.5-liter V6 paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. The combination gives the Pathfinder smooth, predictable power for commuting, merging, and highway travel, while the conventional automatic provides familiar response in place of the continuously variable transmission used in the previous generation. Front-wheel drive keeps this configuration focused on pavement-oriented efficiency and everyday simplicity. Three-row flexibility is central to the Pathfinderâs design. The cabin can accommodate up to eight passengers depending on seating configuration, and the EZ FLEX second row is designed to simplify access to the third row. When cargo becomes the priority, the rear seating can be folded to open up considerably more carrying space for luggage, sports equipment, groceries, home-improvement supplies, or the gear that comes with a busy family schedule. SV trim adds useful convenience without pushing the Pathfinder into luxury-SUV territory. Intelligent Key with push-button start, remote engine start, tri-zone automatic climate control, power-adjustable driver seating, and multiple storage areas make daily use easier. The cabin layout is clean and straightforward, and the upright driving position gives the driver a clear view in traffic while still keeping the vehicle manageable in parking lots around Wesley Chapel and Tampa. The infotainment system supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth connectivity, USB connections, and steering-wheel audio controls.
