We elected not to perform that repair.Because of this modification, this vehicle is being offered AS-IS and may not comply with applicable emissions requirements. The buyer is responsible for understanding any inspection, emissions, registration or other requirements applicable where the vehicle will be titled and operated.We also found the window tint, including the windshield brow, to be too dark for Virginia state inspection requirements. CARFAX shows this as a one-owner Virginia personal vehicle with regular oil changes and only 16,616 miles.It has a documented service history, including multiple oil changes and tire rotations, and CARFAX specifically notes that its reported oil-change history follows Hyundai's recommended schedule.CARFAX does report two damage events. Damage was reported in November 2024, and a second event in September 2025 was classified as minor damage involving the front, right side and right rear.
