The nissan app on the truck I purchased wasn't available on that model even know the salesman said it was. When I asked him about it his reply was "sorry I'm still learning the model's. The service light came on the next day and I felt like I got a lemon so I went to the dealership and was treated like I was a stranger. Alot of the employees were in the back room staring at me and laughing. Very unprofessional! I had to ask for the contract copy that I never received through email. I asked about returning the truck since it hadn't been 24hrs and was told your stuck basically. I told them I would never purchase a vehicle from them or refer anyone. Little did they know my dad was in the market for a new SUV which he purchased the next day from another dealership since I told him not to shop at Medford nissan. There loss.... More

Really badFor last 30 years, whenever battery was Really bad For last 30 years, whenever battery was replaced, the technician would make sure the clock was reset back to correct time. Not this one. Really bad For last 30 years, whenever battery was replaced, the technician would make sure the clock was reset back to correct time. Not this one. Also because I requested seasonal tire change this time, I brought home my regular tire. All the other places I went before, the technician would put the tires in new bags. I really did not mind they used my old bags (that was holding my snow tires). But I was in real shock that the technician put the tires on the top of back seat. If I can put two tires on the trunk and two tires between the seats, the technician should do so. IT IS SO DIRTY. It also tells me that the technician is not well trained. More
