Cashier willing to stay extra 15-20 minutes to guarantee I was able to pick up my vehicle. Service Advisor was fine - polite, honest. Not particularly spectacular, but satisfactory. One of main reasons I brought vehicle in (for safety inspection) was left off of service order. Had to bring to their attention for it to be done. Trouble using text link to pay. It had to be resent, but, I had to wait a while on phone to get resolve. No one knew if you all offer a porter service (send someone to pick up and return vehicle (like they do at Kia of Woodbridge)). Was transfered several times to still only get uncertain answer. This service would be greatly appreciated - I am mother of small children. Can be complicated to coordinate dropping off/picking up vehicle around child care availability and your hours of operation. The original reason I made this appointment was to have my state inspection complete. I also got an oil change and 3 recalls complete. I left my car there overeight and I was called at eleven a m and told my state inspection complete. I also got an oil change and 3 recalls complete. I left my car there overeight and I was called at eleven a m and told that all services were complete. When I Came to pick it up. At 1? O'clock it. Was not wasked well and had not been vacuumed. I live an hour and a half from this location. When I was halfway home I realized that the state inspection sticker had not been changed when I called I was told they did not complete the state inspection so. I had to turn around and go back to the location to have it complete. I was very upset. More

He is very knowledgeable about Kia’s vehicles and helped us narrow down our choice to a brand-new Kia Sportage Hybrid. John was a key influencer in our finding the right fit for our family. He is super personable, patient and approachable - we felt like family. John was very accommodating, for example, we arrived late the day we wanted to pick up the car, yet he took the time for us to test drive the vehicle, get the car detailed and complete the paperwork. He worked late for us that day and even stayed to take pictures with us and our new car. We were very impressed by how well John took care of us and our dealings with the dealership as a whole. We will highly recommend John Sasso and Safford Brown Kia Manassas to any family and friends looking for a car. More
