I’d like to express my dissatisfaction with NeSmith Chevrolet in Jesup, Georgia. My 2020 Equinox is due for its 50,000 mile service. I requested a loner vehicle for the duration of this service. One service representative informed me they did not have any available, “the list is a mile long.” Another service representative informed me that loner vehicles were only available for GMC customers. This is ridiculous! I’m willing to wait for service if the list is truly a mile long but to be told bluntly that I don’t qualify for a loner vehicle because I don’t drive a GMC is not good customer service. I’ll find a Chevrolet dealer who knows how to treat customers properly. More

I recent purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Summit from Nesmith in Jesup. The day I drove off the lot I began having problems. Called my salesperson, called service manager, called owner about tire and alignment i in Jesup. The day I drove off the lot I began having problems. Called my salesperson, called service manager, called owner about tire and alignment issues that had confirmed by another dealer. Nesmith promised me it was perfect and if not they would take care of it. They have done nothing. No issues resolved. They literally took my money, sold me a truck with problems and wanted me to go away. I do NOT recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from Nesmith and really hope Chevy Corp. looks into this.
