Service dept forgot to tighten the lug nuts on a rim of a family member's electric vehicle, one lug nut therefore fell off and another was about to fall off, and a terrible accident almost occurred with my w family member's electric vehicle, one lug nut therefore fell off and another was about to fall off, and a terrible accident almost occurred with my wife and daughter in vehicle. Also returned vehicle covered in bird droppings. Really wish they'd do better. Hopefully a review by Porsche NA will cause them to step up and improve as currently they are a stain on the Porsche brand. Tried reaching out to owner on Linked In but he wrote back to me quickly and harshly saying I was probably making false allegations before he even looked at the photos or videos or his own service records. I told him that isn't a nice way to treat customers but he let his personal anger come through. There are lessons to be learned here in how not to treat a customer, lest you have less customers. More
