I really appreciate Scott Hageman's service at Porsche Chandler. He makes me feel welcome and that I have his sole attention when I arrive. Todd's great - clear and communicative throughout the process. Dropped one start for dealership primarily because I had windshield replacement scheduled in coordination with my regular maintenance a mont process. Dropped one start for dealership primarily because I had windshield replacement scheduled in coordination with my regular maintenance a month in advance. But they didn't check the part until the day of and found that they needed to reorder it resulting in the the 24 hour turn originally promised rolling out to Monday the next week. It wasn't an inconvenience as a loaner was provided and Todd followed through on Monday. So no harm, no foul. But checking incoming parts proactively might be a process improvement for the Service Parts department to look into. More
