My experience with Great Lakes Toyota/ Subaru was VERY pleasant! From the time I was greeted at the door, introduced to a salesman (Jose Esnard) eventually leading to a purchase of a Subaru, was nothing pleasant! The Service Advisers always greet me promptly and make me feel well informed of the work that was completed and what recommendations are being made.
