I love you guys, bought my car there, you do all my service work. One complaint, every single time they pull my Camaro in and out of the bay, I hear my front end scrape on the ground. They are not careful at all when pulling in and out with my Camaro. The transition from your parking lot, into the bays have a big angle, that’s where my Camaros front end scrapes. I almost lose my mind every single time I hear it, because after the first time of me hearing it, I watch every time my car goes in, and comes out. They have to go super slow, and they don’t. Like I said, they’re not careful at all. Now again, I love you guys. You’re the only ones that touch my Camaro, it’s just my front end scraping every time makes me almost lose it. Other than that, I’m always super happy with the service work. More

I got my front break pads changed, and they tried to tell me my rears needed to be replaced too. Luckily I knew better that my rear break pads were at 60%. Replaced the brakes in my truck, noticed that they were squeaking right afterwards. When I went in for my next oil change, I asked if they could check them out. The service tech for oil changes told me tha squeaking right afterwards. When I went in for my next oil change, I asked if they could check them out. The service tech for oil changes told me that it is an issue and I would need to schedule a separate service appointment to have them inspected. So I do, after Gates having my truck all morning, was told by (J.J.) it’s an ongoing issue and just to deal with it. He was more interested in having lunch than taking care of a customer (still have the text). Talked with Jason the service manager about my experience, he reluctantly agreed to replace the pads with NAPA brake pads and also acknowledged the issue. Brought my truck in today to have them installed and was given the cold shoulder by JB. Never said a word other than to answer my question about how long it would take to replace the pads. He told me 2 hours, which is more than ample time. I reached out after 4 hours and no response. It’s been 5 hours and still nothing. Complete lack of communication and professionalism. Needless to say, I will be avoiding this service department in the future. What’s even more disturbing, 4 separate people acknowledged that there’s an issue with the AC Delco brake pads and they continue to sell and install them with the mentality of telling the customer to just deal with it and accept the problem. More

The service department was presented with an unusual problem in that there was a service message that displayed inconsistently. He listened to my assessment of the experiences and provided a possible viable outcome in resolving the issue. More
My experience was Fantastic. Service, knowledge was excellent. Questions were answered . There wasn't any pressure to make my decision right that moment. We walked.
