My experience at this dealership was extremely poor and very disorganized. We arrived early in the morning and spent more than 7 hours at the dealer. At no point was I seated in an office to properly discuss the price or the loan terms. I was only told verbally, and on a poorly written piece of paper, that my monthly payment would be $399. After a long wait, and being very tired since I was there with my family (who are witnesses), we left to get something to eat. When we returned, all the paperwork was already prepared for signing. Only at the very end did I realize that the payment was not $399, but higher. I complained, and David Finamza told me that this was the only loan they were able to obtain. Additionally: The loan was supposed to be under my wife’s and my name, but they ended up putting it only under my name. I was informed of the final payments after everything was already signed. I was never properly taken into an office to discuss or review the loan details. The vehicle was delivered without floor mats. I complained the same day, and the salesperson told me he would call me to give them to me. He never called. Two days later, someone called me saying the floor mats would cost $125, which is unacceptable. David told me that once the plates and registration were ready, I could pick them up at the dealer. Instead, they lost them and sent the plates and registration to my old address in New York without authorization. Everything about this purchase was chaotic and poorly handled. I filed a report with Hyundai Corporate, and I was contacted by Hyundai Consumer Affairs. This matter is currently under investigation. This dealership shows very bad sales practices, and I strongly advise anyone considering buying here to be extremely careful. More

We had the Courage to open the door and was met by a young man (Devin Harris) who had Heart of an eager new employee. We test drove a 2025 Santa Fe. The Knowledge and kindness of many employees was greatly appreciated. It didn’t take long for The Wizard to appear to make us an awesome offer. We are now driving a new Santa Fe. I have been purchasing my cars with Seidel Hyundai for several years now. I am on my fourth car, I believe. I have full trust In this dealership. I went in because my 2017 Hyundai Tucson's AC was blowing hot air. They supposedly did a comprehensive diagnostic which cost $190. They said the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced which cost $1100. hot air. They supposedly did a comprehensive diagnostic which cost $190. Sat in my car for at least 10min with the car and ac running and the AC wasn't cooling. It was a very hot day so I drove it around for another 20min thinking maybe it needed time. Took it back in same day, and was told that there was was no Freon it, so there's either a slow leak or the new compressor might be faulty. Told me to drive it for a couple of days and bring it back if the problem persists. Needless to say it did. Took it back in again and finally they found a leaking hose. Which would cost another $276. I don't know why the leaking hose wasn't identified when the complete diagnostic testing was done. Less than a week I am back to square 1 and out almost $1600 because my AC is once again blowing hot air. Needless to say I will not be taking my Hyundai back to them for any kind of service. More
