The dealership as a whole is wonderful. Getting hold of service is challenging at times and GM rewards seems confusing to both the consumer and dealership. I had an oil change. They did not change my sticker or change the oil life inside the car. I ordered a speaker to fix a blown speaker and it’s been 3 weeks and nobody ha They did not change my sticker or change the oil life inside the car. If you’re charging me over $100 for an oil change at least they could fill the fluids. They changed the tires and all the air pressure was off and wrong. Makes me wonder if they even did any work to my car and just charged me hundreds of dollars. More

Took the truck in for a diagnostic. Was told they would know by the end of the day (dropped it off around 10am). Didn't hear anything. I called multiple times the next day to try and find out the status starting at 8am and was unable to actually speak with anyone in service until after 3-4pm despite messages left and calling other extensions to try and get a human to help out. Then the cost was higher than quoted. Was told it would be $3300 to do the work. When done the bill was almost $3600. One person was willing to knock off about $150 to take it down to around $3448, but now still have to wait another pay period to pay for it as the cost increased. More
