My experience with Gerry Raymond’s dealership was absolutely terrible. The communication was one of the biggest problems. I was repeatedly told that my vehicle would be completed that day, only to fi absolutely terrible. The communication was one of the biggest problems. I was repeatedly told that my vehicle would be completed that day, only to find out that it still wasn’t finished. This happened over and over again. They ended up keeping my vehicle for three weeks, while I was continuously given the impression that it would be ready each day. Three weeks is completely unacceptable, especially when you’re relying on your vehicle and are being given repeated promises about when it will be completed. What makes the situation even worse is that after having my vehicle for three weeks, the job still wasn’t properly fixed. I spent all that time waiting, dealing with poor communication, and being told it was almost finished, only to end up with the original problem not actually being resolved. On top of that, the pricing was extremely high, which makes the entire experience even more frustrating. If I’m paying a premium price, I expect the work to actually be completed correctly and communication to be professional and consistent. The combination of extremely high pricing, terrible communication, a three-week wait, repeated promises that the vehicle would be finished “today,” and ultimately not having the job properly fixed made this one of the worst dealership/service experiences I’ve had.
