I honestly had a great experience. You can’t beat their complementary drivetrain warranty on top of it! They sold me 2024 Murano with only one key FOB. Never even offered to program me a second one. Somewhere out there someone has a key FOB to my car enabling them to trace its location and steal it. I asked to have new all weather tires on the car which didn’t happen. I had to replace the tires in under a year. The bumper was glued on! We found this out when we went to replace the headlights.
