I had one of the worst dealership service experiences I’ve ever encountered. When I went in simply asking for an oil change, the service advisor tried to upsell me over $800 worth of unnecessary servi I’ve ever encountered. When I went in simply asking for an oil change, the service advisor tried to upsell me over $800 worth of unnecessary services. My car has just under 70k miles, and I had already completed a major service around 65k miles—including brake fluid, power steering fluid, transmission fluid, and more. Despite this, the advisor pushed me to repeat the exact same services I had already done, insisting that my fluids “looked bad.” It was clear he was more interested in padding the bill than providing honest service. When I declined the unnecessary add-ons, his attitude completely changed. He became dismissive, rushed me out, and didn’t even bother to provide paperwork for the service estimates. That level of unprofessionalism alone was disappointing—but it got worse. When I returned later to pick up my car (after being told it was ready), my service advisor blatantly ignored me for 45 minutes. I stood there while he helped other customers, refusing to acknowledge me. I even asked two other advisors if they could check me out, but both brushed me off and told me to “just wait.” I was left stranded until I finally lost patience and had to demand help from the floor manager. This was an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. The dishonesty, the upselling, the rude behavior, and the complete lack of customer care are unacceptable. I will never bring my car back here, and I strongly urge others to think twice before doing business with this dealership. More

I want to share my experience at Toyota of Anaheim, starting with Gilbert! Who with out knowing us in person answered all of our questions about a potential buy, helped us decide and gave us an estimat starting with Gilbert! He kept us updated about our new car coming in from out of state and he made sure we were taken cared of when coming in person to the dealership. Which brings me to Elias. Elias greeted us and made sure we were directed to where we needed to be RIGHT AWAY! He was very nice and attentive ! He then referred us to Jacob! Jacob, where to begin…He was great from the get go! He helped us with deciding if the vehicle we had already decided was it for us by describing features and perks of it. Also allowing us to test drive and answering any questions we had about anything and everything ! He was very through, and the part I liked the most is that he wasn’t just about the sale he wanted to engage and get to know us! Very professional oriented. He hussled back and forth between us and management to come to agreement so we were happy with our purchase. Once we were set, Jacob then transferred us to Hector which was by far my favorite only because I knew I was almost done with the process lol But Hector is amazing at what he does! He helped us get the best price and desired payment and explained every possible deal to us. He didn’t push anything on us or try to upsell us on stuff we didn’t need. We walked out with our New 2025 vehicle and couldn’t be happier with my Toyota experience. From customer service, to the dealership ambiance to my car! 100 percent recommend coming here. To this specific location. You won’t be disappointed! More

When the car arrived a few weeks later, we let Brandon know we were looking for a quick process and didn’t want to be there for four hours like we had at a previous dealer with our other Camry. Brandon had everything ready for us when we arrived so we could be in and out of there quickly. Once we arrived, we test drove the car, he set us up with the Toyota App and connected it to the car, he went over how everything worked and we signed papers all within a short amount of time. Brandon was very professional and friendly. Fernando in finance was also great! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We will do business here again. More
