This is a very small dealership with little to no parking. There is no clear signage directing visitors to their desired departments within the dealership. The dealership atmosphere was cold and devoid of positive energy. Our salesman was personable and engaged my wife and I in conversation. But he pulled the old, "let me check with my sales manager" and we did that dance a couple times until the sales manager and I came to an agreement. Why not just have the "sales manager" sell us the car. However, the real disappointment came when our salesman told us he couldn't put gas in the car we just purchased. He said he was doing us a favor because they only had 87 octane available and he didn't want to put that in a high performance vehicle. But, not to worry because he was going to Zelle me the money for gas. On the way home from the dealership I stopped and spent $90 filling up the tank. Still waiting on that Zelle. The one bright spot and shining star at this dealership is Carin in finance. She was personable, attentive and accommodating. She explained everything clearly and somehow got me to spend $300 more a month on additional services. Lastly, the insurance lady was, to put it mildly, unhelpful. In summary, the dealership was "ok" we left with the vehicle we came for at a price we think was fair. It just could have been so much better. More
