Attempting to make a purchase from out of state, I was less than impressed with the sales people that I dealt with. On the original call that I received from them, they had no idea what the call was eve less than impressed with the sales people that I dealt with. On the original call that I received from them, they had no idea what the call was even about. It's like they didn't even read the lead. After negotiating price, they inflated every fee there is. They try to charge you for PPP at $1995 for a service I didn't ask for. $500 for a license fee that should be $250 at most for registration/title. $569 for Electronic filing fee when they're typically $50-$200? Get out of here. Then the Doc fee of $1,298. If you don't know, the doc fee is pure profit. Typical is $100-$400. They say they have the best prices around which is why I was coming to them, and the price online for the vehicle was great. It's the built in fees that make bad deals. The attitude from the sales person was not personable at all. He was short with me in every conversation. They just don't seem to like an informed buyer. All said, we could not come to an amiable agreement. More
