We had a pleasant experience. Pricing was on the higher end but ok, more of a reflection of the times than this specific dealership. Had my first service. They reset all my settings! Did not tell me, nor did they offer to help me reset. They even set it for the wrong time zone! It's difficult enough They reset all my settings! Thomas Burgess was great about answering my many questions via email and text, however, I wasn’t a huge fan of the fact that I wasn’t able to get my interest rate even after I submitted a finance ap questions via email and text, however, I wasn’t a huge fan of the fact that I wasn’t able to get my interest rate even after I submitted a finance application. Tony was great at the dealership as well. However, I have a problem with being forced to purchase add ons I don’t want (mainly Pulse and wheel locks). The fact that we don’t get a choice with Pulse is disappointing. I probably would have been willing to get the VSC or GAP through Walser, but ultimately decided to do those through my insurer since Pulse put me at my budget. Probably won’t recommend Walser to my friends if they are forced to purchase Pulse. Also, the inside of my windows were pretty dirty for it being a “new” car. Other than those two things, the people I worked with are good and likely have nothing to do with customers being forced to purchase Pulse or wheel locks. More
