I can't say enough good things about the truck service I receive when I go to west herr ford of hamburg. I have a f350 diesel and have had some issues with the truck because it's getting older and has nearl receive when I go to west herr ford of hamburg. Poor experience with their service department. When I dropped my car off I was told it would take 4-5 hours After 7 hours I had not heard from them and called. I was they left me a voicemail but When I dropped my car off I was told it would take 4-5 hours After 7 hours I had not heard from them and called. When I took it to the collision department they took a couple of photos and told me they would call me when the parts were in.
